Once we have given you advice, we take care of all of the necessary paperwork in obtaining your mortgage. Throughout the process we will also work with our recommended solicitors, valuers and any other third parties to ensure that your transaction is handled as smoothly and as possible and in line with your timescales.
We encourage our clients to attend a face to face meeting at our office in Camberley where possible as we feel this helps us to really get to know you, agree your priorities and begin to help you on your house buying journey. If you are unable to come to see us, we will arrange an alternative way of working with you. Sometimes this will be at a different location, by email or by telephone. The amount of support you need from us may vary throughout our relationship with you but we will always put your needs at the heart of everything we do and adapt a way of working that is most suitable.
When we don’t meet you face to face, we will provide you with the ability to access our online administration portal and a secure email encryption service free of charge to enable you to send us documents safely. We take the security of your data very seriously and will always be happy to help you transact business with us safely.
